Camping Endorsement
for Schools/Academies/Colleges
Our camping endorsements are additionality provided specifically to link with our Coastal and Countryside Leader and Moorland Walking Leader programmes.
They can be included in the main leader training or they can be facilitated for those who only hold a day walking qualification and would like to now include overnight camping.
Coastal and Countryside Camping is in a non-remote setting and normally with services available locally. A typical venue would be Exmoor.
Moorland Leader Camping is normally in remote settings requiring a high level of independence and the ability to carry all items required to safely spend a night out. A typical venue for such training would be Dartmoor.
Tariff
A very competitive pricing structure has been maintained for the coming season. The costs shown are per person and based upon a minimum of 4 candidates per course.
- Coastal & Countryside Camping endorsement only £75 (Overnight)
- SWMML Summer Remote Camping endorsement only £95 (Overnight)
Please note registration for the scheme is required (this is valid for all awards in the scheme). This is a one-off payment of £25.00. The registration will include your personal scheme logbook.
All prices shown are excluding VAT. This will be added at 20%
