Get ready – We need your help to plan ahead

To help save time, check in online at home to get your digital boarding pass and speed up your journey through the airport.

Arrive early Arrive 2 hours early
Due to extra safety checks, please arrive in good time – we recommend 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Face covering imageWear your face covering
From now on, you’ll need to wear a face covering inside the terminal.  Please come prepared and help us to keep everyone safe.

Bring contactless paymentBring contactless payment
To reduce contact, our shops and restaurants won’t be accepting cash, so please bring a contactless method of payment instead.

 

Stay safe –  Here’s what you can expect once you’re here

Closer customer parking, no transfersCloser customer parking.  No transfers
To help our passengers maintain safe distancing, all customer parking will be within walking distance of the terminal, so you won’t need a transfer bus.

Only passengers can enter the airportOnly passengers can enter the airport
To limit the number of people inside the airport, please be aware that you can only enter if you’re a passenger or helping a passenger who needs special assistance.

Temperature checksTemperature scans
When flying out, we’ll scan your temperature prior to check-in to make sure that you’re safe to travel.  Please do not journey to the airport if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.

Safe distancingHelping you keep a safe distance
To help keep a safe distance, please follow our clear signage markers and be mindful of other passengers.

Additional cleaningExtra cleaning in progress
We’ll be carrying out regular cleaning to help keep surfaces germ free – this involves an electrostatic fogging process coupled with all high frequency touch-point areas being sanitised hourly.

Sanitiser stationsHand sanitiser stations across the airport
To help you stay germ free, hand sanitisers will be stationed throughout the airport terminal building.

Protective screensProtective shields at desks and tills
We’ve installed protective shields at desks and tills across the airport to help us all keep at a safe distance.

Takeaway optionsExtra takeaway options on offer
A limited selection of essential shops and restaurants will be open from early July including World Duty Free, WHSmith, Superdrug and Starbucks.   You’ll still be able to enjoy a pre-flight bite with plenty of tasty takeaway options to choose from.
